With still the single word "Cavor" to go on the boffins are stumped. Nothing they try helps them decode the rest of the signal.
It seems to be a dead end.
Quatermass is called to Downing Street. Reporters are surpirsed to find that senior Royal Air Force and Army officers are also to be present.
What could this mean? A *military* mission to the Moon?
