Description
These girls were having a great time, dancing and posing, and seemed not aware of the dangers that surrounds them. The steam/plume were blowing away from them. They were at a safe distance from the explosions and they were on the old lava rocks. You don't want to be on the newly formed bench as it has collapse many times in the past and has killed one photographer and injured many others. Lava was flowing right in the background of them and down the cliff. A dangerous pose. Aloha and thank you for viewing

Incredible that they seem unaware of the dangers, Errol. Amazing capture. Have a happy day. Aloha. Diane.
Fabulous shot. Like a modern Maxfield Parrish painting if he were still alive.
exceptional capture! :)
A strange (and dangerous) location for a (glamour) photo session ! Very nice photo, Errol !
excellent capture, but they should be more careful, life is too short:):):)
It looks like an ad for something on the wild and dangerous side. Great capture.
….looks very dangerously out! Despite the “danger” very beautiful and interesting photo!
the young are bullet proof. EXCELLENT PHOTOGRAPH.
Is this shot gonna be in your book "Escapades in Lava"? =) Nice capture~ silly girls~
Incredible
Nice capture - looks like they were having fun; which is a good thing.
Just a wonderful shot.
Great capture, I hope someone warned them to be more careful!
Oh how wonderful those lave rocks are! The bending and folding over is incredible. Its also incredible the stupidity of these girls. You can see why so many people have met the vulcano god face to face! Geez! Outstanding shot, Sharkey... I hope this is a zoomed shot and you weren't as close to them as it appears. :-)
Very dangerous pose. You never know when Madame Pele will change directions. And a very hot spot as well. Aloha, glad you stayed safe.
Cool shot :)
Great location as you gave pointed out if you know what you are doing - I bet they got some great shots though as you have here :)
Beautiful but stupid! (and they're not even blonde!)
wow, even when it was dangerous, both took a great shot...this is such a spectacular image Errol
Wow. That is really something. Nice capture of this scene and these two!
Excellent capture Hugs Susan~
Hot stuff hotshot!
wonderful shot of people takeing photos. people do not think when they out there in nature. guess they do not know or willing to take the risks
Great shot of these two, silly and unaware they may be!!
BEAUTIFUL CAPTURE :)
Great photo and capture!
These girls teasing a danger so badly. Hope they okay. Great blasting series Errol, thanks for sharing.
Very cool shot!
The girls make the picture. Well done. Could it be that the one with the camera is a member of RR?
being beautiful does not guarantee having smarts or common sense. it would be terrible to witness one or more being consumed by the lava
