Playing with my new macro lens. Found this very patient wasp who was quite willing to sit still while I worked out what I should be doing. Better do some reading on how to capture great macro shots.
Thanx for all your comments on my last uploads it helps to keep me out there.

Wow! This is excellent!
Excellent capture. Ugly pest.
...ein super Fligen-Macro!!!!
Fantastic macro.
the way to take great macros is take several, as it is not always easy to get the right focus if you are holding by hand.bugs get nervous if you try and get a tripod into their safety zone.also dof ruins lot's of shots also never the less you made an excellent macro
Excellent shot, It always helps to have a willing model!
Oh, you lucky thaing!! ENJOY your macro lens!! :-) This was a great shot, nonetheless tho!!!
Careful! You could get hooked, and become a macromaniac like me!
i know of a couple of sites that might might make interesting reading .excellent shot btw :o) mick
Nice capture but I think your wasp is actually a Fly and based on what looks like a proboscis, it is possibly one of the Robberflies. Practice is the best way to learn. Thanks for sharing. Lee
Excellent shot! I think you did wonderfully, color and focus and details, super!!!
With a new lens, a whole new world opens up... and what a great start, have fun experimenting, looking forward to some more... no doubt! BB
excelent close up and pov, nice work !
素晴らしいマクロですね！！！！！
Great shot..!!
Super macro! :)
That's really a super shot - nice detail & very clear...I'd say you have the hang of it!
Superb macro. Well done.
Excellent macro shot and a beautiful wasp you captured !!! Outstanding work !!! 5*
Great macro! The fly probably prefers fish-eye perspective, so the answer may be: looking at us, itself and everything in between.
cute...
