Description
Hello All!
Was drawn to this pair of loving tigers are nuzzling up romantically under the falls . I always try to shoot for something that tells a story ...
So wonderful always to watch the way animals interact so tenderly and affectionately with one another. These big beautiful cats always do remind me -with their mannerisms -of house cats just on a larger scale (uhm nope- wouldn't want them as a pet though lol). Taken at full zoom .
Minimal post work on this one. Thought about smudging the falls for a softer look but decided to leave it as is as I liked the blue behind the droplets contrasting with their orangish fur.
Mike is back from his Dad's funeral in Michigan flew into LA in late last night so a bit sleepy today
need coffee... yep the strong starbucks kind !!
Thanks for your time and comments and your words of comfort meant so much to us!!
Love to you all!!!

...eine ganz fantastische Aufnahme von diesen beiden schönen Tigern!!!!
A stunning shot. And a gorgeous pair of tigers but the prone one must be watchful of the other. My daddy always said, "never trust someone whose hips are narrower than their head!" :-)
They're beautiful, proud and majestic!

Stunning photo and you do them up soooooooooooo beautiful! hugs kimmers:::
Terrific composition in this magnificent freeze frame zoom capture of the big fur balls up close and personal, kimariehere! The dynamics of the splashing water complements splendidly the relaxed pose of the cats.
Oh - I love how you have captured the beautiful stripes down the tiger's back ... were you trying to aim for that particular perspective? I think that really made the picture along with the wonderful nuzzling! :) Love it! ~Tina
Spectacular capture!!!
