For sure she is an adorable little girl and you have made an excellent portrait of her. After that, as JeffG7BRJ said, taking photographs of people depends on the laws of the country in which you take captures, and what he says about UK can also be said in my country (France). Not so much problems for strict personal use, but for publishing (even on a non-profit site), one needs written permission which is always uneasy to have, otherwise you take big legal risks. I met with that point when teaching Photoshop to a lot of employees who accepted to publish ugly heavily pixellized images because there somebody was shown inside. In this case I said them that inserting a Poser figure instead of a photo could give much more pleasant results. Alternatively my wife and me prefer to take picts of children in Africa or Asia where not such legal issues exist, but always we ask a kind of permission form parents, which I guess you did here. Excellent anyway!
