Is this the job interviewer or the potential prospect? Hmmmm... an interesting question. The point of view has implications in either scenario! Let it remain a mystery. Again I must ask; when is the compilation book going to be available?! It is yet another in a series of thousands of pages that are worthy of print on glossy paper for people to discuss and observe! Just do it!
