A little thing - wouldn't his chain and pendant be hanging at an angle away from his chest while he's reaching down?
I had actually thought of his pendant and chain, however it is part of the MAT for the adventurer's costume. It wasn't posable and I wasn't sure how to make it "hang". If anyone could give me ideas, that would be great.

Pull the pendant up to the collar and add a bit of shadow bhind it to give a sense of hanging... slightly.The collar would hold the pendant up for you rather than letting it hang.
