Description
This was the most impressive waterfall from last Saturday's hike. I'll probably bore you with two or three different shots of it. North Falls is 136 ft (41 m) tall, not the tallest in the park, but it was so loud that all conversation stopped when we got there; we just couldn't hear each other.
I tried to capture a little of the power in this one, but I realize there's no scale, so it's hard to tell how big it is. I couldn't convince any of my hiker buddies to climb down and stand by it so I could get a picture. LOL
Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Beautiful
The power in this really shines through; I thought that even before I read what you wrote. The power, the water, the moss...WOW!

QUE MARAVILLOSA TOMA!!!
Wonderful sense of movement and power as the water breaks over the rocks. Impressive work, as always, Dennis!
I'm trying to imagine the size of this but it just seems too big to imagine... The massive water traveling at that speed has really created a wonderful scene.
Amazing Dennis dont think I would want to get the gear too wet with being that much closer!
Amazing power captured in this one Dennis. I can just imagine from my experiences with falls how loud it was.
I can almost hear it; gorgeous capture!

Delightful shot...wish I was there! smiles for you... :)
You are right. It's hard to judge scale without something to compare, but I bet it's impressive. Great shot.
Fear the power of Nature... Beautiful capture. Aloha
