Now doing sightseeing tours...
A somewhat better texturing job this time around. Still needs touchup in spots, but tricky without some 3D specific painting program.

It is in that touchey transition point. "Add more lightness" is in order. The tubing supporting the skids and maybe the skids is too big in diameter. Yet one does not want a willowy look here. The overall character of the modle was very good. Now that it is in a scene it is well on it's way to greatness. Changing the model creates something that may get lost later as this one had the flow. What to do? Without some sort of strength model to size the tubing and a concept of overstress and life how does one just "naively copy" the way this particular design sized it's skids. I have been reading that European helicopters cannot deploy by refuelling and they don't have the airlifters to load them in with folding blades for expeditionary use yet they are selling better than American. Civil helicopters can always travel partially dismantled in a Ruslan and take some time to set up after paying for a Russian ride. So just how heavy is a landing in the worldwide market. Someone thought in scale about this much.
Nice work!
Pretty nicely put together but you seem to have found a source of dieting for the shadow.
