Another render in Carrara 5.1 Pro. Tried making a quick texture map for it. Obviously it needs more fine tuning.

You're being too hard on yourself. Pretty good Bell repro. I'd rotate the tail rotor to a little better viewing position. Maybe a backdrop Texture map, but Hey...ya did GOOD!
Not enough helicopters get done. Civil ones especially. This is one I must approach gingerly because of a conflict as a boy with Larry Bell. When I finally got the Microsoft Flight Simulator 206 to cruise trimmed over Brisbane, Queensland, Australia I felt I had finally learned how to fly.
Coming along nicely me thinks!!!
