Description
Nikon 7900 pocket camera - hand held image.
A new season for finding bugs has arrived and as a result, I once again get to chase after Dragonflies, lol. I even managed to capture a couple of them to share with you.
I will put up another tomorrow and one for Monday as well.
The weather has been very humid lately and that combined with a few back twinges has precluded much progress on the house. Over the years, I have learned to recognize when to take it easy and when I can be more active. At any given time, the progress on my house is based on my decisions about how much work is too much. If I don't overdo anything, I avoid the worst of the consequences. If I mis-calculate, then I am usually immobilized for anything from a few days to as much as several weeks or even a month or more and forced to swallow way more pain pills than I would prefer.
Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

Beautiful!!!
Its better to drag it out than be laid up. And pain pills tend to dull the wit as much as the pain. You've made so much progress this year already you can afford to take it slow for awhile. A fantastic shot of this bug. I don't know how you spot them...bugs that is. I swear I have no bugs in my yard- at least so I can see.
Excellent photograph!!!
A beautiful photo. We don't have this one. My doctor say middle-age isn't for wimps, I have to keep on reminding myself of this!!!
Superb capture
Stunning macro work again Lee this is an exceptional image
Well you can see where this one gets it's name from Lee, that tail sure is white. I love the wings on these little critters, it reminds me of the wings on an old tiger moth, I don't know why apart from them being two and looking fragile. I also like the way the pattern is, one side is almost identical to the other, a mirror image almost. Excellent start to the dragonfly season, superb capture. Bravo!!!!!
What a beautiful macro image, well done to shoot this clear by hand!
Gorgeous capture. Such a little beauty. Bunny
