Description
Thought I would play around with some elongated spheres and apply differing mats to create the effects of fire and smoke from an erupting volcano.

Uma realização impressionante, magnifica obra meu amigo, aplausos (5)
WOW, you can almost hear the roar, feel the earth tremble -- amazing piece, Keith!! What's also interesting (for me, at least), is that I understand how it feels to blow like this and for some reason, this image captured that as well.
Super-realistic!
Excellent scenery and powerful effect!!! Fantastic lighting and atmo, too!!!
That's a pretty dramatic effect, Keith, as if you'd captured the very first seconds. Amazing!
Excellent image Keith! Super terrain as always and excellent work with the erupting volcano!
This is a stunning piece of work! I love the plume of ash, seeming captured just as it's begun to blow. There's that sense of calm surrounding everything still, while the very beginnings of a catastrophe roar upwards. Fantastic rendering and a wonderful mood captured here. This is a top notch composition and I'm glad I saw it.
Wow! this is a striking and stupendous piece of work, Keith! You've managed to make your scene look superbly realistic , with this dense and massive cloud of ashes and the sense of stifling suffocation when such phenomena take place. Excellent Bryce, as always!
Fantastic work!
