My only crit would be the clothe, it doesn't match the lighting of the scene. If the cloth was folded around her arm like that not that amount of light would be shimmering from the folds, no matter how sheer or sparkly the fabric is. You'd expect to see some harsher shadows in there. To achieve this drag the image into photoshop and use a low opacity soft edge brush. Pick the colour from your cloth with the dropper tool and downgrade it to a darker shade. Build up the layers of colour with your softedge brush until you get the desired fabric shadow effect. Also i suggest blurring the harsh edges of the fabric where it gathers as its distracting from the overall smooth fall of the fabric.
