Description
I got this Sunday at the zoo. She's not as sharp as she should be, because I was shooting through some pretty thick glass. Excuses, excuses...
A fairly odd looking duck, but I thought she was cute.
Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Amazing shot as always, especially considering it's hard to get them ... What a beautiful array of birds they have there ...
She is sure different and beautiful. I love that punk rock hair! This has amazing clarity considering you shot it through glass so you get bonus points tonight.
Still beautiful..though rather colorless when compared to the male. A wonderful picture and excellent work, Dennis. Love the soft color and reflection.
Great looking and unusual Duck. Thats the only set back to Zoo's, there's so much wire fencing and glass seperating us from them! still a good shot tho. I'm soon to go on a Zoo trip with my pal JeffG7BRJ.
She's so soft and beautiful. I always see males and never the ladies. I think I prefer her soft and gentle look with the nice rounded plumage. Outstanding.
Beautiful Pic!!!5+++++++++ :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) Beautiful day greeting Rocksy
Don't mind the glass in between, she is a real beauty in grey, and the bit soft tone makes her so beautiful and special, excellent piece of "Duck-Art" , Have a very nice day Henk
beautiful
Great work...would have never guessed it was behind glass.
Gorgeous shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
stunning
She is cute. I like her tufted head feathers. Great shot.
Lovely shot, they are beautiful even if not as colorful as the male.
BEautiful bird. Exquisite work
Wonderful picture!!! Lovely bird!
Soft and elegant! I love that headdress :)
Excellent for through the glass!!!! Fascinating ducks!!!!!!
I think it's great that in most animals, such as ducks, it's the men who have to get all dressed up to catch the ladies eyes. Humans should give it a try. :)
Excellent capture of this beautiful bird!
Oh what a cute and interesting little bird!! Excellent capture. By the way.... your car dedi is coming tomorrow. ;o)
She IS cute! I love the rocked-out hair. Very stylish. I believe she's dressed as a witch. Is that a false nose?
hehe she is adorable ... her tuft looks like she was riled at something L
Never mind all that, it's a pretty cool looking duck!!!
great capture...
She's very pretty. Haven't seen one like this before not even in a picture.
