Description
This is my First Carrara Upload.
This is a Preset scene inside of Carrara 5 Pro
The free version from 3D World Magazine Issue 100
To get familier with the UI and other facets of
Carrara I used the scene and manipulated, tweaked,
retextured, added bump, recolored or just added
the object to the scene and tried to crash Carrara
Yes Tried to crash it, because it is important to
find the limits of a software and then push them,
but not go over them. In any case I am pleased
with this first shot and hope it supplies for a
long lasting realtionship, Ha!!!!
Rendered at 2304x1728 res
300 DPI in 6hr.1min.56sec.
GI lighting and it is a real nice lighting system
Thanks for the Looksee and any C-n-C.

Very cool, I'm actually impressed with the 300dpi high-rez capabilities :o)

HAHAHHA I know that song also! lol and very cool work Thelby bud! I have that s/ware as well Carrara yes but I find that Vue is so much more easier to use lol!!! And wow! that is quite a long render time! but considering everything that is involved and plus that dpi res. I understand! very good bro!!!
Looks awesome. Great composition and lighting. Looks almost like a photo. Beautiful render.
Great starter render and like the clearness and lighting is perfect. Excellent...
Superb image! Excellent colour and lighting! You did well, textures in Carrara can bite sometimes and not do what you expect them too! 5+
Excellent first try. I like it! ***** ")
Oh, this is fantastic, Mark, just awesome!! I know less than nothing about Carrara, but what you've done here is so pleasing, so wonderful and I love it. Love the title as well; when I was living the hippie life and that song was everywhere, we adopted a cat and named him Two Cats!!
This is fantastic composition and lighting is great. Superb render.
Awesome detail, superb composition and lighting. Excellent!!!
Intensive work... light and detail, well done Hugs
Wonderful house, so many details! Excellent work!
wow, great image! at first I thought it was a photo of your house, then I thought, hey, wait a minute, there's no wa it's no sunnier or warmer there than here, can't be lol you really do take off running with any new software you undertake to learn...skillful work...already!
Fantastic lighting! But if you need, tips how to crash Carrara, I can give you thousand ones ;) Excellent first one!
superb first!!! Excellent place for some children!!! :)
WoW! Fantastic render, good pov and excellent detail. 5++
You won't like VISTA. If you crash a file it won't let you open it again and also won't let ylou open other files it is derived from. No matter that you had Poser, Carrara, Internet Explorer and two IMs open at the same time and were listening to iMusic leading to memory overload. Very posh scene.
Always loved that song and you have done a lovely job of bringing it to life with this scene. Excellent work for your first Carrara. Wonderfully done! :o)
house is so cozy. Very good render especially for first Carrara upload. It looks so real!

Wonderful so much detail and colors....excellent art hon...love, Carol
Sorry I am late getting here Mark! Very Nice piece. I got Cararra 6 Pro the other week when I went to Christchurch. Just getting into it. It has a hell of a lot in it. Not quite sure what to make of it just yet. If you did this with Cararra then I am impressed. It gives me incentive to get amongst it.
Lovely! DPH
Beautiful detail WOW
