Description
This young man was skimboarding as I was taking so many fotos at Ocean Beach last weekend. I really like this particular shot, seems like he's fairly floating on the surface of the water. I was freezing, and he was in board shorts!!! That's a big tanker ship in the background there as well.

This is a super-cool image, Marilyn...great colors and silhouette! The detail of the tanker in the background is quite nice, especially since it looks almost like some other sort of structure. Fantastic work here, especially in your manner of capturing such warm, golden tones. You were freezing, eh? The image you present here is incredibly warm...and more than a little inviting.

Beautiful and clear capture, Marilyn. Ocean is at its best for photo-taking. Like the addition of the distant tanker in the shot as it adds a great DOF to the composition.
