Description
Captured 8/13/07 around 7:30 AM, about 1.6 miles/2.575 kilometers from my domicile.
This healthful fruit is early in the formative stage and still has a ways to go before reaching adulthood.
Thanks for dropping by on this bright, sunny and beautiful Sunday.

Yummmmmmm! I love pomegranates. Around here, of course, they come from the store. It's wonderful to see one growing in the sun! And such beautiful light it is, too. Excellent capture, mi amigo querido!
great macro work, colors and lighting
Gorgeous shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great shot. When I was a child, we'd get these off the tree in the neighbor's yard. Mmmm. Tasty, and we'd be stained red...lol.
WOW Harry, this is an amazing shot. I have a same thing in my garden I alway miss the nice stage of it. I only see this fruit in an old "rusted" color and already crackled up.
Great shot, Harry!! The sunlight just makes it sparkle so brightly!!
This is a superb image, Harry! Very striking. I have got two little trees that I grew from seed last year, some time before we get any fruit!
Very nice shot, Harry... I've only seen ripe ones on the bush, very informative to see them as they are forming!
Stunning lighting in this shot Harry and wonderful colours too on this fine young specimen. I've never seen a pomegranate other than in a fruit and veg store!!! A great capture. Hugs Chrissy xx
