Description
Taken at the National Bird of Prey Centre in the Winter months.. This Eagle owl was flying toward us and I think the sense of motion worked quite nice even if not as sharp as I would like.. But we more or less had the place to ourselves..
Thanks for taking time to look and any comments you care to make

An excellent capture Danny. Just at the right time, showing both intensity and motion. Perfect, Sig....
A true action shot!
Here is what seem amazing to me...the body is so still and focused while the drapery of feathered wings forms a beautiful arch of powerful motion on either side! Poetic!
A stunner Danny!! Outstanding shot from you. He is majestic. Hugs. DiDi. xx
WOW! Fantastic shot!
Awesome shot mate, the motion of the wings is amazing.
Wovvvv fantastic capture picture erland 5++++
This is where a flash works nicely - i didnt get any "keepers" from shooting this guy - have to go back now i do have a flash! Nice job... it was a bit cold tho ;) Just goes to show how "dark" it was if it was metering 1/60th at ISO 800... or were you dragging the shutter on purpose? :P
a masterpiece!!!!!!!!!! 5++++++++++++++

Very interesting to look at!
Amazing eyes and an absolutely fantastic capture in flight.
This looks great to me. His face is sharp, and everything else is moving. Excellent shot.
This really is incredible! All those little ripples of pure power in the beat of the wings is fascinating! Who knew (I didn't) that the body could be held so straight while in motion!?! Wonderfully achieved, sir!
Wowww very impressiv Danny... genious shot my friend!
Really good! Love the way the head is still while the wings are flapping.
