I'm not really sure, but I think Charlie Brown may have been here before me. :-)
This was taken in September of 2006 at a local park where I've taken tons of photos over the years.

Oh no, another kite eating tree. We had a lot of those around our house when I was growing up. It got so the last kite I received as a gift I refused to fly!! I still have it, somewhere... :o)
I don't think the owner of the kite is going to get it back. :)
