Maria this is an amazing detailed shot of a beautiful bird, excellent capture!!! I just love looking at your gallery you are so talented, and it is full of superb images - hugs Jane xx
Another stunner!!
Looks like someone ruffled it's feathers, lol. The details are so beautiful. What lens did you use for this?
Fantastic photo!
Hey, I like the hairdo! Is that how you distinguish the female finch from the male? Terrific capture, as I've previously indicated, all the way around, of another handsome avian, Maria. BTW, the name finch reminds me of the actor, Peter Finch.
A beautifully detailed capture, DOF has isolated the finch perfectly
Lovely photo, how do you know all the sorts? I refer to most of them as "little brown jobbers", but you don't need a name to appreciate them, do you? Well done.
She is so cute with her little topknot. You have captured wonderful detail here.
Wow the clarity is fabulous! I just love that you can see her little claws so well. Well done!
I just love the house finch. Their slight frame would seem so delicate and yet, they are so sturdy for their size. Lovely detailed shot.
Wonderful shot Maria.....!!!!
