Description
Back on November 25th, I posted a picture of a rainbow and made a comment about how long I had been trying to get a decent rainbow shot:
Quote:
You wouldn't think that it could take forty years of trying before success came along. :-D Well, it seems that rainbows are like busses - you wait ages for one then then two come along together. :-D Got this shot as I walked home from work a couple of evenings ago. Enjoy. And thanks for taking a look -------------------------------- Original Photograph 17-Jan-2008

Fantastic work.
Beautiful scene. Where is it? Going to get a bit wet getting the crock of gold.
Fantastic view, This place looks like it is on the verge of bursting its banks. I see two rainbows albeit the second very faint.
Excellent!!!
I love to see rainbows - especially two at one time... superb capture!!! Hope you don't mind I use this as a background.
@ durleybeachbum - This is the River Thames at Reading in Berkshire. The pictire is taken looking downstream from Reading Bridge. @ artaddict2 - The river is a little full. In fact, it has risen a little more since I took this picture and has submerged the path in one or two places. Though it's still not as bad as the flooding in June. :-) @ Rich2 - Please, feel free to use it as a background. I'm honoured. :-)
Excellent shot Kev!
