Description
Another shot from Ann's garden, taken last summer. This is a bachelor button (aka cornflower, aka centaurea cyanus).
The sun was out today for a little while (!) and I actually got to go for a walk around my neighborhood and take some pictures! Yay! I haven't had a chance to look at them yet. Hopefully there's something good there!

Beautiful crisp and clear capture of this lovely little flower.
You capture the delicacy of each petal.
What is with this yearning for the sun? Why, it was 76 degrees fahrenheit here today, with a surfeit of bright sunny days forecast for the upcoming week. Perfect photography weather. But I digress. Nice colors and POV in this lovely shot of the Bachelor Button, one of which I wear in my lapel when I go carousing about.
We had sun over the weekend also..about time...:) like the look of the buds and backgound on the right side...
Beautiful image!!
