Description
This clump of pampas grass is growing in one of my neighbor's yards. (Don't I have great neighbors? I love all their cool stuff.)
I was standing on the sidewalk, and took this hand-held with a bit of zoom. Anybody could have seen me, and I wasn't crawling around in their rose bushes to get the shot (although I HAVE crawled around in their rose garden in the past!)
Sneak Factor: MEDIUM-LOW
(I'm rating it "Medium" Low because they didn't know I was using the zoom.) LOL!

I've always loved pampas grass too, very lovely shot, glad you didn't have to crawl for this one, LOL!

Beautiful soft capture. Aloha
Gorgeous. In the macro, you can really enjoy the way the light catches those 'feathers'! Wonderful shot.....
Great shot,
Beautiful shot!!
Beautiful...
Nice pic! However I had to dig mine up because every time I was working near it it shredded my arms with its leaves. the plumes may look soft and graceful, but the foliage very anti-social!!
I have this vision of you dressed in combat gear the face blacked, night vision attached to the tin lid, doing a comando crawl to get in amongst the foliage. You certainly bring me lots of smiles Tara. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!
Beautiful non-sneak image! ... but how about a macro ... I dare ya! ;'] (Just don't tell 'em I put you up to it...)
Another excellent photo. I would sneek around here but all we have right now is snow and grey. Great shot.
