Description
I'm back in bird creation mode with my next project, "Songbird ReMix Yucatan". The Yucatan is an area of Southern Mexico and Central America noted for it's diversity of bird species. The Yucatan is also home of the Mayans.
The Elegant Trogon is seen as far North as Southern Arizona and Texas. It is characteristic of the most of Trogons seen in the Yucatan and eats primarily insects and fruit, often "on the wing".
Rendered in Vue6i with a Poser import of my bird, fig branch and maya temple.
Model Credits: Mayan Temple (J Ward/RDNA), Trogon & Fig Branch (Me/DAZ)

most excellent fig trees and bird well done Ken
Lovely work!
Ohh I like this one! Beautiful bird and setting for i.
I really like the POv in this - how the bird is so close to the camera, yet the temple remains part of the image too, and is not just relegated to the background. Well composed!
What a cheeky expression this one has! Love it!
Very Pretty little bird!!
