Hmmmm... I'm not a big user of actions in Photoshop, I tend to rely on Poser doing the actions for me in a render... but I stumbled across this one.... lurking on my hard drive and figured out how to actually run it... and... well... I liked the gritty finish to the image.
So here I am... a power postwork user... watch out all your hair and cloth painters... give me another 10 years... and I'll be doing it in my sleep.
Thanks for look... it really does look better than the Poser one... I was gonna turf it.

She is one heck of a demon! Fabulous and the grunge action is perfect for setting the mood!
Background, Colors, Light & Composition are wonderful!!!
Superbe image. Le postwork est magnifique.
Love that texture on the background, sets her off beautifully.
Ich hoffe in zehn Jahren ist die Computerentwicklung & Poser so weit, das man die Figuren mit den Händen modellieren kann und den Figuren die Haare kämmen kann. I hope the computer design & Poser is so far within ten years, this one can model the figures with his hands and can comb the figures' hair.
Very goood work!
amazing, great pose, impressive color choices. doesnt get much better
It does look rustic and gritty, kind of like a worn photo, but True Grit? She don't look like John Wayne! Or Mattie Ross, for that matter.
It's rare that I like pre-made actions too and very rarely use them but this looks awesome! Great looking character and I love the background, what great colours and textures!
~Awesome~ Perfection & Magic... EXCELLENT, once more!! ^5^
Love the outfit texture dude...and I guess I'd better learn a few new tricks or you'll catch up to me. haha! :)
Ohhhhh I just love the Elfin ones. She's a real dream. Great image. :)
Excellent fantasy work!

Awesome textures and lighting!Brava!!!
Fantastic and creative realization.....!!!!
Excellent scene and postwork ! Love the FX !
Xcellent modeling! Nicely put together!
Very effective post work indeed!
Perfect example of WYSIWYG (what you see is what you grit). ;)
Spectacular image! :D
Yep, that was a good laugh... most of all because I think that you are able to learn whatever you like and much faster than 10 years. And as you like these rusty environments and asked for good background images lately: You may want to check out Placebo's stuff in the marketplace. Lot's of rusty and dirty walls and things!!
That's tight.
Awesome work the txtures really pop off the screen!
I seldom use postwork either, the exception being cover art or title pics, and this one sure looks like cover art, and well done at that. Love it as it is, but I agree with Mikeerson, the poser model seems is flat compared to the background. Comments for improvement might be: more dimensional lighting on the model to show the character's shape - or perhaps slightly more vivid colors might be used instead of/in addition to different lighting.
She looks fantastic!!Wonderful expression and pose!!!!
Stunning image. :)
great work sir
I've given up trying to think of superlatives for your work I just shake my head in wonder :-)
...Hmmm. An elf...with a samurai sword...in a pink leopard-print leotard and knee-hi's, with metal wings and a sheer scarf. Hmmm... Very interesting :) Is it still Halloween? Is this how elves dress up to go trick or treating? Angels slumming? Ha! You know, I really do like the photoshop filter you used. It really enhances the ambiance of the picture. Tres cool, Mister RGUS. :)
