Sorta looks like a gorilla face to me.... Nice shot!
Very entish, as noted before! I love burl and craggy trunks!
I can see a face in profile, but like Mick can see other things too. I love this shot it is really interesting. Excellent capture!!
A super gnarly old tree and yes I can see a crusty old face there too. Great shot.
Splendid textures and light and shadow effects on this tree trunk, Tara! As for a face somehow embedded in the tree, if there is one, then it's definitely evil.
see some of them. cool shot
i see a few faces also...great barky shot!
Ugh... I could stare at it for a long time and see maybe a dozen of different faces! Excellent play of light and shadow, great detail and texture. Wonderfully seen.

Back in 1943, I believe, Walt Disney created "Fantasia", where I was able to later (1956) see my first tree with a face. So, yes, I do!

Beautiful capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I see a face in that hole-like thing at the top. But then my imagination can go crazy if I look long enough. LOL
Even before I read your caption, I said that's a skeleton!!!
Yes I see him. Awesome! Many different ideas regarding who or what he is.. I believe he is an elemental. Stunning find.
