Very beautiful. I like the whole scene. Well done.
Good use of shadows. The pose makes it look a little like she is afraid of the cat (maybe she has allergies?) I like the integration of the background and the wall. Very nice. I have a suggestion about the tattoos -- they look a little like they are just painted on. There are some sophisticated tricks people have suggested on the forum for more realistic tattoos. My quick and dirty method is to use photoshop or paintshop and sandwich the tattoos with about 90% opacity between a base layer of the skin and a top layer of the skin with about 10% opacity. You can also give the tattoos just a slight blur as well. Great pose on the parrot.
I like this simage. Maybe the atmosphere elements are compiting a bit with the girl's image; that doesn't prevent to appreciate the beauty of the image and the splendid work that you carried out.
