Description
This is a basil plant from Ann's garden. She regularly pinches it back so it doesn't bloom. The idea is to grow basil, not flowers. Lucky for us, she missed one, and her basil flowered!

well I am glad she missed it. This is very pretty. nice job
Beautiful shot, nice detail!!! And educational !!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a gorgeous shot, and to show what I know of flowers, I actually thought it was some kind of orchid...but then I've never really known much about plants...I was always into the six legged things that think of them a dinner. But anyway, this is exquisite! I love the way the blossoms were captured in such a way as to show just how delicate they are. Great work!
great capture...
LOL! Cute title!
Beautiful!! I used to grow basil. I'll have to do so again. Right now, we're re-doing our yard, so the plantings will have to wait. Hopefully next spring it will be done. This is an exquisite capture!
when it comes to shove and push,I rather see the flowers.not too fond of basil.
A lovely shot of this escapee.
