I like to fish but have not fish in years. lol Guess that sad in a way. but I do not have time. I just go aand buy fish if I wish to eat fish. Here You see these two men fishing at the end of the road and there is a gate that is closed before you get to these two guys. Then you have to walk 200 yards to get to they truck. I walk to where I can zoom in on them and get this shot. It hand held so I know after that day at Lake Martin I need to use a tripod. I need to learn more on the settings of this camera too. I got the book but you know men then go test things out first then maybe read the book[let you in on something wemen. Us men think we know it all] hahahha
thanks for comments and please go fishing before it too cold. of couse if you ice fish please take photos to show how cold you are.[never been ice fishing]
oh got the zoom out all the way here so that why it looks flat

Jocko, "wise words" about us guys and a nice natural photo of fishing too!!!
I like the way the light hits the cypress trees. Those are a couple of serious fishermen!
Great composition on this fishing shot. Like a dark trees one side and a light tres on the opposite way. Between them 2 man fishing.

Great capture, Jock!!! I love colors, light and atmosphere!!!
It's a great shot! What kind of fish do they catch there? Trout? Thanks for the peek! (:
I like this, Jock. Super shot of these guys doing what they like to do :-)) My David says men do know it all ;-)))) I wish you would make more time to do the thing you like to do. I know life is too busy... It is for us all... but we never get a second back.. So we have to do the things that make us happy. Hugs. Di.
I love the entire scene. The cypress tree is gorgeous and the glassy, still water I know is teaming with life below... Great shot!
what we do not know the ladies fill us in and then some for good riddance!!I have not been fishing for 25 years or so , so join the club.looks like they are having a good time.the cypress tree is awesome
Looks like a great spot for fishing, the reflections are very kool, a bit fuzzy in the zoom, but I'm sure you will sort that out with a tripod. Fine afternoon capture Jock. ~Cheers~ :o)
Nice shot of the dudes trying to catch something. Really like the bayou environment you captured here, Jock!
great capture jocko but fishing to me is boring but some men don't think that way I guess:
Nice work Jock...the exposure look about right for the shot..I might have gone with a higher F-stop to give you a greater depth of field..It still came out good tho
nice shot!
Now this looks like a lot of fun nothing better then relaxing just fishing and listening to mother nature all around one self. Beautiful capture
It looks like a very nice day to go fishing..the water is calm! I like fishing too..interesting capture :)
i notice they don,t sit and dangle legs over the side!! lol
I've never been ice fishing either and there's going to be plenty of ice around here before too long. Haven't fished at all in several years, maybe we should make the time to do it. It sure beats going to work! Great shot, wish I was there!
I could go for some deep-fried catfish!!!! Have fun with your new camera, Jocko!
