As promised, the before/after version of the picture.
As usual comments are welcome and I hope you will enjoy the picture.
The postwork could be better, I made it quickly. ( in about 40 mins ) but it's just enough for having a good print version of it and a good "screen" version of it.

Why not expose it correctly to start with ? You would have captured detail in the black clothing which cannot be recovered by postwork.
Your work is amazing. It would be grand to understand how you color that beautiful skin.
Note : The exposure was set correctly during the shoot ( I've got details everywhere even in the black dress ) and ... it stills correct after the postwork. Of course with resizing to 500x700px some details are inevitably lost but as far as my eyes (and my histogram) can see, it still correct.
