UF and framed in PSP
Once a year, on the Summer Solstice, the Fairies are called home to the very depths of the forest. They are very family oriented and miss them to distraction while they are away. As they get nearer their destination and their numbers increase, they fly in formation, gently and softly, catching up with each other as they go. Those mortals who are priveliged enough to see this beautiful sight are, alas, frozen in a trance and have no memory of what they have seen when the fairies have gone. I must have been one of the fortunate and the sight has been haunting, to say the least! :-)

Oh Maddy! What a fortunate lady you are! We just got home from the Hollow, and I too have seen the fae folk gather! There is a little spot in the woods down by the creek .. but I cannot say more! I've been sworn to secrecy! But I will say this, their gathering and coming home into the deep woods looks JUST like this!! Thank you so much for this awesome and delightful reminder of those lovely events that very few are allowed to remember! Of course it will reside in my faves (and my faves on my computer if that's okay with you)so I can peek at it anytime I get lonesome for the Hollow! I think you should write more stories to go with your fractal art, this one is wonderful! Of course, this one is true .. grins.
