Really impressive; I like the nice color tones palette youve chosen this time.
This is so soft and enchanting! I like the slightly diagonal placing and the fading at the edges. The right hand side of her head is cropped in a straight sharp line, which is a shame since the rest is curved and soft focus. It has the quality of a real life hand painted piece. (which is a very good thing in my book)

i agree with ArtPearl. and i'd add that your inventive and uneven use of color is both interesting and appealing, imho. i think you might have done a bit more to make her different and not so average vicky if your wanted her to appear to be "mysterious, powerful and delicate." i love your sense of color, though, and how you mix cool and warm colors. very unique, very individual.
