Description
Used Deep Fog, Deep Fog Falloff and rain for the Mood Master layer. In Photoshop, I copied the building facade and flipped it upsidedown, then used the distortion/glass filter to get roughness. Erased the curbs and got a pretty good wet look reflection on the street. Raised the ambiance to the glass to get the lit window effect.

Very effective. Somehow it reminds me of the work of the painter Magritte.
Very well achieved. Sometimes, little things do the trick.
Superbly done!
yes, you are fro-gritte. No one else can say that. Cool pic by the way.
Nice effect! Your creativity never ceases to amaze and delight me Dave..[=
Wow Dave - this is wonderful! You are always an inspiration! Excellent work!
!Fantastic scene! ~Realistic rain render~ CONGRATULATIONS
Nicely done!!!!!
Very nicely done. Far better than what I could do. Some suggestions for possibly making it more "realistic;" add some splatter (both short vertical lines and circular rings). Still, wonderfully rendered as is.
Great result, love the ambiance
Very wet Dave! Super effects with the fog and rain. I'm gonna remember that hint regarding illuminated windows.. great idea.. Bravo from Dave :^)
