Nothing extraordinary here, I just liked the composition, textures and background bokeh. ------

Love the quote you have written here.... fits perfect with your wonderful shot..., splendid textures ;O)
loooks so cool!!!
Great shot with a novel pov. Good lighting and presentation of textures.
It's a fantastic macro photography with this plant on the dead wood! It's a professional shot with this marvellous light setting! Could be the front cover for a macro photography book!!!
While not the most breath-taking of images 'beauty-wise', it is certainly expertly captured and your composition is first-rate. Great one, Kortalouche. -M :^)
Great textures and lighting. Well done, Kort!
Wonderful image!!!
Love the textures.
I don't know about the "nothing extraordinary"!?! This is a fantastic shot with these details!!!
Stunning details and sharpness, great shot!
Really interesting textures. I love all the different types of fungi with their strange shapes and textures.
So do i. Brilliant.
lol love the title..... nice pic too
This is one of your best in awhile. The subject matter is interesting but it's the composition that really makes this a winner -- I just love how you've framed everything, and the way the colors go together. It's not flashy but I think that's a good thing. Great job.
Superb!!!!!! It's my favorite!
Texture and clarity is just amazing
Excellent photo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DOF is perfect for the subject. Just enough in focus to show texture and detail. Love the out of focus color-dotty background, really a nice complement to the subject. A superbly done, quiet and reserved (like a fine wine) macro~
Excellent in its clarity, texture and lighting effects. The fungi appears to be attached to a fossilized spine or tail of some sort. Did you try it with the anisotropic diffusion filter? That would give it a really weird effect.
Gnarly plant and tree stump, some great textures and the DOF really does wonders to this fine capture ! ~Cheers~ :o)
Nice capture. Aloha
very cool shapes this makes
That's pretty cool! The textures and colors...so nice! The COMP is great too! :o)b
