Hello friends.
Today will be the last update for a week or more. We are going on a little vacation in the country on the Island FYN, so you can take a deep breath and enjoy not to have to look at all my stuff for a while LOL!!
This is a view, that I have be looking at uncountable times, since I was a little girl and I always enjoyed it very much. You are lookong to west and the ocean it to the north. Take a closer look at you may se the harbour too.
What I never can forget is, when I was a little girl, I stood up here on the hill at saw the farmer knocking the tether to the cows into the ground. I fascinated me to heare the sound coming later than the Farmers knock. Bad explaining, I know. ;) Hope you understand anyway.

Sky of blue, green grass, blue sea and this is a view you see everyday - and you are going away on holiday ;) Lovely picture - enjoy your time away. Learning how the speed of sound is slower than that of light in a practical way stayed with you longer than if you'd just read it!

Maybe there is Internet connection on the Hotel. I certainly hope so. Then I may be able to upload once in a while, but I cant say it for sure. Hello Indoda ! Yes you can be right about why I am going on a vacation when I have those wonderful landscapes around me. ;) But it is good to go away from it, because when you come home again, You see it with other eyes and it becomes even more beautiful. Yes the memories from the childhood hang on, therefor I feel very lucky because I have wonderful memories of my childhood. I just wish averybody could say the same. Or is it so, that we always stick to the best of them and forget the rest? :))

wonderful vista. As a child, I would run and run and twirl and run in places like this. It was a free feeling with open space, no adults over my shoulder and fresh air. Lovely shot!

OH Yes MrsLubner, so would I. My Dad family lived in this area for generations. That is why I came her so often. I grew up in Copenhagen and in the summer we were here for vacation and for birthdays and me alone with grandma and later my aunth. So I feel I have been her for 1/4 of my life. :))) Thanks for your nice comments :)

Beautiful! Though a tighter crop ( at the bottom of the bush/tree in the field and at the left just at the left side of the cows) would have probably made the composition more sparkly. Have a nice vacation!
