Description

The sequel that is not... While I was working this back at the beginning of the year, there were many things I didn't like. So I ended up borrowing several elements of this to work on another image which ended up being titled "sentinel" in my gallery. Being bored over the holiday weekend, I pulled this out, re-rendered the character, added/changed several things, and here it is. ~ Thanks for viewing!

A wandering gelded bronzesmith once discussed with me the qualities of air and its relationship to the orient. Whilst he remonstrated the movement I by habit have be known to observe, I found my attention wandering as the strength of my platform melted beneath me. His vision seemed confined in a wooden enclosure of determinate borders, whilst the extension of movement seemed neither black nor white but gaseous. Casting my eyes towards heaven seemed the only appropriate action, measured with diffused supplication. Yet I was left with a profound sense of nakedness and the overwhelming realisation that my buttocks were cold.
