Looks good overall but maybe you could work on her expression. As it is, it looks as if she's hypnotized. Another thing is that, judging by her skirt, there seems to be wind in the room but this is not reflected in her hair.

I find the lighting a bit flat. Everything is bright, too few shadows. I agree with Rutra about her face. Otherwise a great picture.

Background, belt posing, hair etc. are real good, but i really hate those pink shoes. The look terribly misplaced in this picture. Also the whip looks a little strange with its stiff appearance.
