Description
This red and white parrot tulip was just unfolding when I was at Ann's a couple of weeks ago. I love the line of this. Something about it seems so graceful to me, like an elegant dancer in a flowing, swirling skirt, slowly raising her arms as if in flight. Fanciful, I know - it's an impression more than a visual.
What do you see?

Excellent POV, lighting and colors in this macro, Tara! Reminds me of a red and white swan opening its wings. Either that or imitation crab flakes. I wonder if Rorschach would approve.
Very unique, looks like something you can eat...Peppermint candy maybe!...Very nice Tara.
I see strawberry ice cream. Looks very delicious. Beautiful flower. Aloha
Peppermints! That is incredible.
So very stellar. This tulip is one of the most whimsical in the tulip family and you have done an excellent job with it.
Superb details (I can see strawberry creams) - Beautiful colours and lighting and an excellent composition. This is magnificent. xx
I'm an engineer, so I'm no good at symbolism. But it's really pretty, and very well shown.
