Description

Even though it snowed today here in Colorado, the grass is greening up and spring is finally coming:) When spring comes I can't help but think of all the precious little foals that will be arriving soon and frolicking in warm, sunlit green meadows..... Even though Mother's Day is a ways away, I'd like to dedicate this to all the moms out there.... Thanks to Moonrose for her great equine textures. I used her paint horse as a base texture with lots of postworked hand painting in Photoshop CS with an Intuos 3 tablet. The plant life is all Lisa's Botanicals from Daz. And last but never least... thanks to you all who come to share my work. It really does mean a lot to me!

this is phenomenal...the detailing of the veins on the faces..and you can almost feel that velvet nose...The soul in the mothers eyes...The love and passion you have for horses, is so evident here. Really brillant.

Laurie- this is absolutely, positively SENSATIONAL art! So much love in their eyes and what magnificent painting. The brillant flowers are such a lively compliment to the warm browns, and really say Spring. Wow, girl, you gave me a major thrill with this one. BIG FAV!! CC
