Description
The top photo is with my film camera I had on my small lens. That why I did not zoom in on the bird better. But I also wish to see what this film do to. It my first time useing this film. Like to get the color infrared film but it going to cost $32 U.S.. Find some on the net for $22 but the shipping cost is $8 so what the diff???
This B/W infrared cost $18 and almost $20 to get it develop lol..It not cheap to play with this. I saw won the net where you can get your Digital camera to shoot infrared but it going to cost $350 just to do it plus you have to buy another camera to shot norm again lol.
I got 38 images off the roll.
thanks for every thing
P.S. forgot to tell you the photos was done one week apart at the same place [the old golf place I showing in the past few days] I know they not the same but the plant life is the same and they next to each other. So you can see the diff

I had it on 50 with a red filter here
about 20 feet apart from each other I think and the water level is diff
I like the lower one better as it is not grainy. beautiful swamp scene
Ohh, I like your grain photo in the first , in IR y I like the second for this color in this forest!! fantastic!!! :)
The top one is interesting and very textured but I love the bottom one! Wow.
Neat stuff. I always wanted to play with some infrared film. Cool shots!
The top one is very good but i prefer the bottom one! That's a very nice scene..Excellent capture 5* :)

Both very unique! Fantastic work Jock! (:
First Capture Is Really Good Jock!!
Interesting comparison. Aloha
I LOVE THAT MORE PLEASE :)
The bottom in color is amazingly beautiful. I love the whole feel of that one. But the top one, now THAT one is totally awesome! That one is for sure a fave! Would love to see more done with that film!
I like the grainy FX, make the photo seem like an antique, well done Jocko ~Cheers~
Magnificent captures. I don't know which one I favor most. I really love this stuff! I didn't know infrared was so expensive! I was thinking about going that route, but after I read your text I can forget it for the foreseeable future.
Awesome Jock, I had no idea that was avialable. I love the color image as well! Bravo!
Wonderful shots, Jocko! I gave up on film awhile ago. I only shoot now with my Nikon D70 digital.
A fascinating nature capture you have posted here! It's a very interesting color BW comparison! Wonderfully done!!!
The first capture is quite interesting! Love it!!
Both photos are excellent !
Infrared does not like lenses. It prefers front surface mirrors. You can get those big reflector lenses but maybe the objective absorbs a lot too. It also becomes diffuse at the first surface it touches. It does not follow an exponential loss curve. The grass when warm and the water all might be hotter than the bird some days. Something to think about.
The infrared version looks like something from a fairy tale. Very impressive.
Excellent and very creative experience my friend.....!!!!
I like it - spacially that color one!*****!
Nice experiment! And I agree - a bit steep in price! :) The lower one could have been shot down here in Florida - it's just beautiful! Bravo!
VEry cool looking shots Jock
Fascinating pics... like seen through alien eyes.
Fabulous shots! I like the top one's effect that you caught with that expensive film. The bottom one has some very nice purples and blues :)
Cool and creative photography Jocko. Your top IR shoot shows how related IR photo's cab seem compared to night vision videos. You botton photo captures this nature area very nicely!!!
