Description
Captured last Friday on a day which hinted of Spring.The waterways in the foreground are the River Ness and the Caledonian canal linking the Loch to the sea.I used to think of Loch Ness as a dull place however looking closer it is a fascinating area .It is a long Loch due to it filling a fault line.

Dear Gary, It is a very fascinating place!! You are seeing the birth of a new sea!! Stop back by in a few million years and things will look very different!!!!! ;-) It's sort of like how Africa is tearing itself apart alogn the Rift Valley. A new sea will apear them in time, too!!!! The colors are really nice!! The greens, blues, and white of the clouds really paint a beautiful pciture of a gorgeous place!!!!!! Very excellent work!!!! Its taken me most of the weekend, but Im almost caught up here at Renderosity!!! YEAH!!!!! And its a darn good thing, because Im about to go off to work and see what is piled on my desk after three weeks!!!
