Description
This is an experimental shot I took today, using slow exposure, natural light and flash. The subject is only about 25cm in width, with proportional height. I have one similar image to upload tomorrow. I will try again later with another idea of gaining on this subject.
Minimal crop, slight sharpening, slight levels adjustment is all done in post work. I do not sharpen images "in camera" in the first place.
Tell me what you think of this photo..it will help.

Not sure I'm too taken with it. But that's just me. :-)
I like blurrastic ( or what ever is a proper name ...LOL) I know this isn't that kinda photo, but seems to me fit into that, perhaps I think this because I am obsest with blurred / zoomed shots what is created by using slow shutter!
Honestly Thom I would say there is too much dark in the bottom of your pict. ...Only my my point of view as you asked us. Anyway you know I like very much to see your work. Friendly your's . Jean-Louis
the result is very strange in fact. Looks like plastic texture or something like. Good day Tom :)
You could have cropped that right side a bit for the corner. I think you do have a bit too much dark at bottom, but the effect of this sort of metallic upper part is intriguing. Maybe I think it needs something to show where it is or more what it is. Good to play though
Strange but very interesting!
I think its interesting with respect to art...an artist with paint and canvas would do something like this...you have done it with a camera! very cool!
no idea as what it is but interesting
