I hope all of my fellow Floridian RR members are okay this morning. We had some bad weather overnight and I woke up to news of 14 or more deaths from tornados! :-(

Just heard that on the news... unusual for this early in the year. The thumbnail hardly does this justice...just wonderful sharp crisp focus and detail. Great color and love that blue eye! :))
So sorry Wendy for the tornados, that is terrible loss... A superb shot, as always :-) Keep safe, sweetheart. Diane.
Awesome up close & really in your face capture Wendy.......Outstanding Stuart
no doubt this is the best capture of a goose especially such a closeup capture. how did you get so close even with a telephoto, it is amazing quality
Glad to hear you're OK. My sister in law lives close to where it happened ..she's OK too. Great close-up of this blue-eyed beauty.
All well west of Orlando. 15 miles out north west is a different story...horrific! Great shot - never seen one in white!

Yes, that was such a bad storm. I lived near there when I was a kid. The death toll is now over 20 I think. Glad you are ok. And as for this picture, ya just gotta LOVE those yellow eyelids! Great shot. So sharp and close!
Great portrait. I never knew geese had so much character.
