Wow, Cosme! I almost got run over by one of these things on top of the Villa Vieja, Medinaceli, Soria. Except my one was painted in camouflage. The plane I saw was literally ten metres above me as I came over the brow. It probably came from the base at Torrejon by Madrid. They used to fly American jets up the valley because it was incredibly long and straight. What a fantastic capture.

Wow! That is so cool! Why would they do that? No one knows...maybe to be different. In a tiny town near me (called Norway) they have a jet fighter stuck in the ground like this. It is a bit smaller and not as new looking but always makes the driver wonder 'why', lol.

This is a person after my own heart. LOL I once had a neighbor who had an old plane in his back yard... It would never fly and it lay there like a dead goose but it was one of those things he really loved and he liked to go out and sit in it as if it was a backyard patio. Nice find and capture here.
