Lunch with flowers by busi2ness

Lunch time at Bona Bona for two young males. I thought I'd leave the flower in the foreground just because people like PJ and Di love flowers. Lunch in lion country is a rowdy affair and tempers can quickly flare up. I hope you enjoy the moment of peace. Next time I may upload a view from/of the game drive (Safari) vehicles.

Ewwwwwwww. I do love how the lion on the left is posing! Fantastic clarity too!
Glad they like their lunch and didn't decide leg of Piet would be tastier! Real wildlife stuff here!

very nice and unusual photo......
Ionel, they get what they eat from the people who cares for them. Oom Piet, you explain the canned lion thing better than I do, so why don't you do just that for us in another upload of the Lions please? Don't you think it's a good thing for the rest of the world to understand what this is really about? I think so... Anyway, back to your capture... Wowzers! Now I'm wondering if Estand myself will be able to come close to what you've done here with your captures! Est are you up for the challenge Sunday? ;0) Absolutely gorgeous capture Oom Piet! I just can't tire of these little sweethearts.
Are they two youngsters Piet, you have captured the moment very well, excellent...Cath xx
Very nice Oom. 5 min later and you should have clicked the violence box Baie mooi Van die twee om iemand te nooi om te eet, ag vir ete.
Excellent capture. They have a good taste.
Another fabulous shot Piet... This entire series would do very well as a printed edition... Very professional.
a terrific lunch time but look that ...how the right one is watching you thinking in his dinner. may be?
Ahhh!! (Need I say more?)
Seems good ! :)
Outstanding shot from the flower in the foreground... no no no, I am just kidding ;o) This is an excellent photo. I love the point of view, it feels like you are 2 steps away from the lions. Lara
Now I remember why I don't eat meat..another amazing capture, a little hard to swallow but amazing LoL.
Striking shot!

One might say this is a "rare" shot. Nice capture ;-)
Outstanding wild life picture ! Excellent upload, oom Piet ! :~)
I looked at the latest open mouth one first, then seeing this I think that lion was growling at you for an attempt to snatch the food. They sure look on guard here. Kind of cute, but I would not want to interfere. Pleasure seeing these. Keep well!
You are lucky to catch such scene! Excellent shot!*****!
OHH YES!! it is indeed a fantastic capture.
Wow, what a shot! Great capture!
So, what's for dinner? Nice to know they know how to set a table properly. :)
a great shot, Piet, I love the expression on their faces
Too funny.... the lion on the left looked like he stopped eating just to pose for you to take his picture! Now how did you get him to do that? I can't even get a two year old to pose for me with her mouth closed!
Oh my gosh! I am quite certain they think this is fine cuisine!! They look nearly drowsy. :0)
See how brave I am? I opened this post. Flowers and no wine? Seems like they are posing just for you.
