Description
I take this around 1:30 p.m.
Heard about the golden hour but I thought if you have time to shot it time. but I learn the golden hour is around sunrise or sunset. lol. Maybe true; but I know my UV light I can do that anytime.
Here you see a duck hunter nightmare. Mother nature look like it clam this one and a win for the ducks.
Oh I learn today too that if you wish to shoot ducks and other birds you can ask a owner of the blind if he let you use it to take photos out of when it not in used like after the hunting season. May try that? Got to barrow a boat to lol.
thanks for looking and comments

wow what a great clear and very interesting photo!
I had the 200mm lens on and the focus point is on the torn duck blind.
Yes, this blind has seen better days :)

Top quality documentuary style phtot capture, Jocko, very nicely done and presented!
Interesting capture here. Yes, one for the ducks........ Aloha
I have used some duck blinds for this. Good shooting here. I think however if you added a tiny bit of contrast you might bring out the details some more. I like the scene.
If you do go and shot some pix from the blind...watch out for GATORS !!! and I hope you have a set of STEEL WADERS ! kool capture Jock ~Cheers~ :o)
Fabulous taken color photography! It's an fascinating place and scene here! Bravo!!!
Excellent capture Jock, looking at the proximity of the other blind across the water..maybe the hunters were having a shoot out lol!. Beautiful scene.
I like this shot specialy a trees in a swamp.
Yeah, score one for the ducks and mother nature. Good capture Jocko. Looking forward to something from in the blind, just not that one lol ;-)
We share these ducks as they fly the flyway. Ducks Unlimited probably has taken over all the ones that aren't gay.

wonderful colors and shot,excellent**************
Great photo of the lake/swamp and environs, Jocko, with nice water ripple effects. Actually, when I first saw the duck blind I thought it was a collapsed house boat.
Ah Jocko...good to hear mother nature cares for the duckies...lol... nice one!
You amaze me. I bet you meet some really cool people. This looks like my camper and car after the flood in Baraboo, WI in 1993.
The hunter got all wet, LOL!!!
