Description
Taken at the National Bird of prey centre at Newant in the UK, yesterday, on a day out with a new fellow member, we did not have the best of days poor light, and rain for most of the day, but there was a nice display to get a few shots I liked, it was good to meet you again Dave and to share your company and passing on a few tips to each other..

great shot of an beautiful owl...wish I just once could something alike...smile
Beautiful, Dan! By the way, I was honored to be included in the week's list, and that at the very beginning of my contributions. And yes, I am thinking about a new camera. Last week's Time featured an appealing and cheap Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7. What do you think? Is an expensive SLR essential to get good shots?
Beautiful Bird...... Aloha
Wow, I have never seen an owl in flight like this! Remarkable capture!

How long will it last? I want to see this bird in fifty years. Come to think of it. Even ten would be nice.
