Description
"The tree that is beside the running water is fresher and gives more fruit." Saint Teresa of Avila
~~~~~~~
Suburbia is where the developer bulldozes out the trees, then names the streets after them.
~~~~~~~
He plants trees to benefit another generation.
~~~~~~~
There's nothing that keeps its youth,
So far as I know, but a tree and truth.
"Suburbia is where the developer bulldozes out the trees, then names the streets after them"...Sigh.That perfectly describes where I live.Poignant selection of quotes and a lovely upload to accompany them,Akemi.Wishing you a wonderful week.-M :^)
This photo has such a beautiful mood, I love it!! About the word below, I think of the custom in the Mediterrainan lands to plant olive tree seeds when a son is born, because it takes 25 years till an olive tree will bear fruit.
And we live well. Beautiful work and words. Aloha
