Description
Was making this and thought of the kid that played banjo in the movie Deliverance (remember Dueling Banjos?) Wondered what he'd be doing now. Googled for a while and found out his name is Billy Redden. He lives in Rabun County, Georgia where he works as a cook and is now 49 years old. He's been in a couple of movies and appeared on Jeff Foxworthy's tv show. There, you learned something today.

Coolers banjo, DAZ overalls, grass by LisaB. everything else by me.

Well there you go you learn something new every day. Nice porch.
I have travelled back the past... Movie feeling!!! Congratulation!
This is a pretty neat picture. The only thing I would have done different is take the shine off the fellows face. Otherwise, it looks very good.
I continue to be impressed with your bryce skills/details (I mean come on -just look at those light streaks under the wood porch) as well as your fun and creative images. Bravo!!!!
Fantastic light and setting!!! Love it!!!
Well, I'm not sure if he looks as old as 49 would suggest, but I do like the picture!
Fantastic
Well done,..........and informative too !
Wow, amazing, looks just like my friend in California...dead on! Mind if I send him the link? Would freak his butt out for sure... Amazing detail Dave, you are the master! [=
before i read your info i though dueling banjos or the caretaker on voyger episode 1.
only one teensy weensy problem, -can't have a duel with one banjo! Unless it's a dual banjo - but this one looks monaural. ;-) just kidding, I really like it, esp. the vegetation!
Pick'n and grin'n. I like the light shining through the flooring.
Nostalgia is a good thing. So is your Banjo Player. Thank you.
Excellent as always!*****!
