Description
The only remaining 2D artwork of mine in Oil. It had been in my Mom's possession for close to 30 years until she moved into a Nursing Home earlier this year. She did so love animals. I guess that's why she had 5 of us! ;)

A note to all,
I will be heading to Portland, Oregon tomorrow for my Mom's Funeral, and will not be back until 10/27 so doubtful I'll have much time to view your lovely art, but know I will be thinking of you all!

How precious that it has come back to you. Knowing that your Mom treasured it so makes it all the more special. I like the folds of fur around his neck. It reminds me of my big old dog. I like to grab those folds and shake him gently. I didn't know you could do stuff like this, too. An artist in many genres.
I'm at a complete loss for words.. (and that's not like me at all..) I'm sure your mother was, and still is, very proud of you and the beauty you've brought to this world. I'm getting my keyboard all wet, and that says enough.. Hugs from Dave :^)
